PROJECT MANAGERS 2024-2025

Sayoko Perle Magron

ESCP Business School

Born to a Japanese pianist mother and a French artistic director father, my artistic curiosity and my bi-culture are at the very essence of my personality, which I have been able to develop throughout my journey, currently following a master in management degree at ESCP Business School, after doing a two year’s literary classe préparatoire in French literature at the lycée Henri-IV.

I therefore had the chance to grow up observing and studying two cultures that are geographically, culturally, and artistically different through an approach that is not exclusively Western but highlights an intersectional aspect of the humanities.

Moreover, the artistic curiosity that grew with me over the years found its expression in ballet. Passionate since I was four years old, I am a former Paris Opera Ballet School dancer. I had the opportunity to participate in ballets with the company, and was amazed by the intersection of the arts: combining choreography, music, poetry, sets and costumes. Learning to dance as part of a group was an experience of exchange and communication, moving our work and creativity toward a common goal.

Having been part of the content curator's cohort last year, I am thrilled to step into a new role as project manager, allowing me to continue engaging with diverse cultural perspectives, exploring and reflecting on concepts that shape our world, and actively contributing to the generation that will help define our future.

Oksana Ponomarenko

Cartier

Originally from Saint Petersburg, Russia, I relocated to France at the age of fifteen to further my education. Throughout my academic journey, I immersed myself in diverse cultures, having lived and worked in Sydney, Australia, and Munich, Germany.

Three years ago, I joined the High Jewellery department at Cartier as part of my final internship. After gaining experience in Strategy Consulting, I returned to Cartier's Fine Jewellery team. In my current role as a Business Performance Project Manager, I oversee various initiatives related to our Fine Jewellery offer, collaborating closely with regional teams as well as Operations and Marketing departments.

My insatiable curiosity drives me to learn and acquire new skills. In my leisure time, I engage in a myriad of activities, including classical dance, theater, rock climbing, hiking, skiing, museum visits, and mushroom foraging. I find great joy in connecting with individuals from diverse backgrounds and sharing our knowledge. For instance, for the past three years, I have been teaching Russian to a remarkable 103-year-old woman with an extraordinary life story.

I am eagerly looking forward to my role as a Content Curator for the Gen Z Observatory. This role presents an exceptional opportunity to connect with new peers and explore emerging trends related to a generation that is already making a significant impact on modern society.
